Perhaps switching the point designation around is in order. The opening word is worth up to 20 points and it is not as difficult. The only suggestion I have is to offer more points for these bonus words-1 each even-rather than just one point for all 4. Plus, there are the bonus words, which can be a little more difficult because there are no clues or connection of the 4 words. I can often guess the answer just from reading the clue, but there are enough challenging puzzles to stimulate my brain.
